Lunch

Here are some low FODMAP, clean eating lunch recipes, from soups to wraps, salads to bowls. Many of these lunch recipes are also Paleo and/or Whole30 compliant or have Paleo/Whole30 options.

A few of my favorite low FODMAP, clean eating lunch recipes include low FODMAP Chicken Salad (for which I include 3 variations!), Instant Pot / Slow Cooker Tomato Soup, and these Air Fryer Shrimp Taco Bowls.

The only lunch recipe featured here that is not low FODMAP is my Instant Pot Cream of Mushroom Soup recipe; however, it is dairy-free, Paleo and Whole30 compliant.
