Gather glaze ingredients

Whisk together in a small bowl

Score the surface of the ham into large diamond shapes

Secure pineapple rings using toothpicks

Place ham into the slow cooker, cut side down

Pour glaze mixture over ham

Cover and slow cook 4 hours on high or 6 hours on low, basting every 30 minutes

Once cooked, open lid

Place ham on a platter, allow to rest for 15 minutes
